Stephanie’s Background:
Coach Stephanie is a seasoned runner and triathlete with over twenty years of racing experience. In addition to her Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) coaching certification, she has a bachelor’s degree in Health Assessment and Promotion. Her accomplishments include being a Nevada State track and field finalist, winning multiple short course triathlon age-group podiums, and multiple overall road race wins. Stephanie is an experienced road runner having completed a multitude of marathons and countless half marathons.

Training Philosophy:
Stephanie focuses on long-term growth with an emphasis on improving running economy and cycling cadence. The goal is to make faster and stronger running feel better over time.
She believes in unconditional support for her athletes, not just in running, but in life.
Consistency and joyful daily adventures in training are what lead to long-term health and happiness!
Coaching History:
For the past several years, Stephanie has coached a variety of athletes, ranging from track and cross country rookies to experienced triathletes, blending science and fun to help them thrive. She spent several seasons coaching track and cross country athletes, working to give them the tools and motivation necessary to put in the work, see results, gain confidence, and set PRs. Stephanie has worked with high ranked cross country athletes, setting them up for success during the fall racing season. Stephanie has also developed group workouts and seasonal training plans for dozens of adult athletes online and with her own local running group, several of whom went on to set massive PRs!
Stephanie is driven by a constant pursuit of knowledge and adventure, tailoring multisport training to each athlete’s unique needs and goals.
