Plan Only is designed for athletes who enjoy training independently and simply want a clear plan to follow. If you’re self-motivated, comfortable managing your own training, and want structure without ongoing coaching interaction, this option fits well. You’ll receive a professionally built training plan that progresses logically toward your goals while removing the guesswork from your weekly training. It’s a straightforward, affordable way to train with purpose while staying fully in control of your process. Ideal for athletes who want guidance without needing coaching support.

Hybrid Coaching

Best for: Athletes who want personalized guidance while maintaining independence.

Hybrid Coaching is for athletes who want personalized structure while still maintaining independence in their training. If you like having guidance and accountability but don’t need daily communication, this option provides the right balance. Your training plan is customized to your goals, experience level, and schedule, with bi-weekly adjustments to keep progress moving in the right direction. It works well for athletes stepping up in distance, returning from inconsistency, or working toward new performance goals. You get support when you need it while keeping flexibility in your training.

1-on-1 Coaching

Best for: Athletes who want full support, daily feedback, and a complete coaching relationship.

1-on-1 Coaching is built for athletes who want a complete coaching relationship and ongoing support throughout their training. If you value daily feedback, adjustments based on how you’re feeling, and collaboration around race goals and long-term development, this is the best fit. Training evolves continuously based on performance, recovery, and life demands so progress stays consistent and sustainable. This level of coaching works especially well for athletes preparing for major events or looking to reach their highest potential. The goal is to make training effective, enjoyable, and fully supported.


How it All Works

Athlete Expectations

Athletes can expect direct, and targeted support. We’ll celebrate the highs, and we will fight through the challenges. Coaching is where life and training intersect. We promote honesty and transparency in our communication. If you had a bad day at work, stress is stress. We’ll take a day off. We coach you as the full person, not just the athlete. We genuinely care about your success on and off the race course!

Methods

Our training model focuses around TrainingPeaks Coaching Software. Your weekly schedule will be posted and your Garmin, Apple, or Coros watch will download the week’s workouts including all intervals. Your watch will walk you through each step as you execute the workout!

Once the workout is complete, the data is uploaded to TrainingPeaks. We ask athletes to comment the same day on their performance. The quantitative, numeric data is valuable. The qualitative data, how you felt about the workout, is even more critical. Then your coach will respond with their feedback and suggestions as well.
