Our Team
Stephanie Clark and Matt Clark have been an endurance team since 2008. Running and multisport have been key pillars in our lives.
Our progression from junior to elite level racing has been shaped by decades of experience at the pinnacle of the sport.
Now it’s our turn to give back and improve the health, happiness, and fitness of others. We better the lives of our athletes one interval, one workout and one day at a time!
What our Coaches Do for Athletes
Our coaches pair quantitative Heart Rate, Power, Cadence, Stride, HRV, and Pace data with the qualitative feedback from every single workout. We communicate all week, every week.
By making smart decisions on a daily basis, our coaching team increases athletes’ performance, not just on race day, but every week. Constant measurement gets quality results. Period!
Our Virtues
We believe coaching begins with treating every athlete with respect, honesty, and kindness. Training and racing are challenging, and athletes are often harder on themselves than anyone else.
We aim to be a positive and steady force through both progress and setbacks. Our goal is not only to improve performance, but to help athletes learn, grow, and build lasting confidence in themselves.
